Welcome to Faith Journey Church! My name is Chris Nowlin and I am the Worship Director.
We’re so glad that you’re here online to check us out. If you’re looking for a place to belong,
we’d love to have you come visit us and see if this is where the Lord is leading you!
In case you’re wondering what our style of worship is, we are a multi-generational church. So,
our worship sets include all styles of worship which for us is: modern worship, some old
standard worship songs, and yes, even some hymns – why? Because we want you to experience
the love of God in a worship style that meets every need.
We also don’t perform concerts – so you won’t need ear plugs! Our wonderful tech team is
mindful that a true worship experience allows you to be able to hear, but not be drowned out.
We’d love to have you come in, and if you feel comfortable, feel free to come over and say
“Hi!”. You are welcome here – you may belong here (and we hope you do!).
If you’re looking for ways to get plugged in, the church’s website (and our church bulletin) are
loaded with opportunities for you as an adult (as a young adult, young family adult, as a middle
aged adult, and as a senior). We also have wonderful programs and staff members in youth,
children, pre-school, and infant ministries – we have care for all ages of little ones!
We also have openings in our worship ministry which includes our worship band and our tech
team. If you like helping out behind the scenes, we will have you shadow (watch and observe),
then when you’re ready, we’ll have a really nice person will come along side and help you for as
many times as you feel comfortable. Then, when you’re REALLY ready, we’ll let you fly solo!
